Laurent Perrier began in 1812, with a strong family history and award-winning wine producing methods. In 2017, the famous champagne house metaphorically started from scratch and created a new recipe for their non-vintage cuvees. This bold move paid off and since that transformative year the next years releases has become extremely popular among champagne fans and has become a stable drink in most fine dining establishments.
