Syrah Majority 10% Grenache Noir

The vineyards are located north of the Roussillon plain, between Corbieres, the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, from the hillsides and terraces of red earth, black marl and gravelly soil. This climate provides a splendid array of terroirs enabling a rich showcase of the diversity of grapes that the Roussillon region has to offer.

The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness, producing intense and particularly smooth fruitiness. Peppery and liquorice notes express the Garrigue scrub of the surrounding countryside. This is a sensual, generous, rounded wine with a blend of powerful and delicate aromas.
