Nuances of ripe of ripe fruit combined with a finesse of citrus peel (lemon, Orange) and vanilla with warmer notes of baked apple and tarte tatin. On the palate, ripe citrus fruit combined with warm notes giving a mouthwatering, umamu sensation.
