The Mottura estate includes 50 hectars of vineyards in an area of limey clayey tufaceous soil of Campi Salentina in Tuglie in the province of Lecce in the heart of Salento: an excellent region of wine production. The Mottura winery founded in 1927 is now run by the fourth generation and is recognised as one of the most dynamic wineries in the Salento region. The vineyards are cultivated with the goal of optimising quality using practices in line with local tradition and particular natural autochthonous varietals.

Intense red with garnet reflections, aroma of concentrated blueberries and black cherries on a palate of rich density of dark plums, bitter sweet chocolate and spice. Full bodied with a smooth soft finish.
