Nyetimber has become world renowned. The West Sussex estate has come to the forefront since 2003, evening beating Bollinger and Louis Roederer in the blind tasting at the sparkling wine world championships. Their grapes are 100% estate grown and hand harvested with popular grapes such as chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier made with the traditional method used for champagne. Still with 4 years bottle ageing, the Classic Cuvée is a fresh and vibrant wine with a lovely amount of fruit. The nose has delicious strawberry notes as well as a soft yeastiness. The palate opens up to juicy tropical flavours including lychees and mandarin.
